How it works

Veterinary America has supported veterinary professionals in the transition to practicing in the US Veterinary field. We support candidates who are:

• AVMA accredited but needs immigration assistance
• Non-AVMA accredited and needing assistance with the U.S. medical licensing processes
• Fully licensed and able to work but needing job placement assistance
• Veterinary Technician assistance

Veterinary America utilizes several avenues to assist international veterinary professionals succeed in America.  We work directly with educational programs, veterinary clinics and hospitals, as well as legal professionals to ensure a smooth transition for those looking to get licensed and work in the United States.  We have successfully helped several veterinary professionals pass their ECFVG exam and become fully licensed Veterinarians.  

Candidates of the Veterinary America program receive complete support in making the transition to the U.S. as seamless as possible. Support can come in a myriad of ways:

• Test prep and study guides for the NAVLE, CPE, etc
• Direct access mentorship with renowned U.S. Veterinarians 
• Accommodations close to clinic location
• Community support
• Legal support throughout the visa application process
